Anyways, with that out of the way, meet Hector Morales; once an underboss to the Lakeshore Cholos, he has since taken over as their leader, after Victor was thrown in jail. Ever since then, he's morphed the gang unde his image, turning into one of the most ruthless gangs in the Windy City. And now, Hector has his sights set on Victor. Let's see what his profile says about him:

Personality: He's prideful, stubborn and bitter. But he's also opportunistic, street smart, and ambitious.

Appearance: He's around Victor's height, and has an athletic build. He has short, messy black hair. He wears an orange button shirt with a dark gray T shirt underneath, navy blue jeans and red sneakers.

Description: Back in the 90's, Victor and Hector were once good friends who had each other's backs. Hector was the underboss of the Lakeshore Cholos, making sure that the gang is running smoothly. But one day, after Victor was arrested during a heist gone wrong, Hector took over as the gang's new leader. While Victor was in prison, Hector began to expand the operations of the Lakeshore Cholos. They eventually made their way into the illegal drug game, and began to push all kinds of narcotics into the streets of Chicago. Once the late 2000's rolled around, Hector was expecting his former friend, Victor, to rejoin the gang, after he did his bid in prison. But much to Hector's shock, Victor heads to San Francisco instead. Feeling like he's betrayed the gang, Hector begins to plan out his trip to the West Coast, so that he can face up against his former friend.
