A beautiful collection of objects against a background that compliments them without distracting from the subject matter.  My only concern was the flower; I couldn't tell whether it was on the stem or only in the mirror.  Even enlarged it was a puzzle, but the ambiguity is irrelevant to the content of the photo.

I don't know what happened to the reply I was working on:  it suddenly vanished, so here's what I was trying to say.

Hope is I think always uncertain; what we imagine we hope for is often not what we find when the hope is realized.  Instead, we find hope in the most unexpected places and times.  I thought your photo captured that in a thought-provoking way.  The seemingly bare branch containing a flower visible in the mirror is the surprise of that hope which comes upon us often when we are not looking for it.

Thank you for replying to my comment and giving me the chance to (I hope) better express myself.  I did think it was a wonderfully conceived and executed work and I am glad to have seen it.
