for a simple drawing like this I would suggest to make lineart and if in the software paint, use another one, for example: medibang. I use it myself and I think its excellent and don't worry... its free. you could use layers to draw your lineart and then color it! ^^

well if you have a deviant art do something useful with it and accept criticism don't just say idk, that's whats wrong with deviant art, theres so many people that don't care and then you look at the people that do care and are improving everyday...
