Description

I wanted to make a kinda spooky kinda disconcerting satyr design. Or maybe it's just a Pan design (I couldn't design that). I tried to make him look unhealthy and depraved.. to go with the uncontrollable nature of some of the satyr myths.

The satyr usually is nature/animalistic themed in the myths and usually I see that interpreted as a kindly kind of nature. But I like the feralness of the idea of uncontrolled urges in a creature like a satyr.. the temptation to loose it all. A creature that other animals learn to stay clear of. But maybe that is more of Pan than it is a general satyr..
