Hello. Since the 3rd Anniversary ended, I thought it best to think of 2 new main units for next year during the 4th Anniversary, which could be the first ULTRA Rarity LEGENDS LIMITED Units in Dragon Ball Legends. I'll start with Ultra Instinct Goku, because he's worth it. Also, the main illustration for him belongs to u/Salver_pic from reddit. Feel free to give the man some credit for the illustration. I just added the templates as I felt it was more like ULTRA Rarity material. Plus, it definitely looks much better. The details for him are shown below:

MAIN ABILITY:

I refuse to let all of them down!!

Draw the Ultimate Arts Card "Silver Dragon Flash" next.
Restores own health by 30% and Ki by 50.
Cancels Enemy Attribute Upgrades.
40% to damage inflicted for 15 timer counts.

Requirements: 25 timer counts must elapse.

ULTRA ABILITY:

Resonance of Force (Saiyan/God Ki/Universe Survival Saga (S))

+30% to damage inflicted per "Tag: Saiyan", "Tag: God Ki", or "Episode: Universe Survival Saga (S)" battle member when battle starts (cannot be cancelled).
Additional +30% damage inflicted per "Tag: Saiyan", "Tag: God Ki", or "Episode: Universe Survival Saga (S)" support member (up to 90%) (cannot be cancelled).

UNIQUE ABILITY:

Godly Technique Mastered

+90% to damage inflicted against "Tag: Powerful Opponents" (cannot be cancelled).

Applies the following effects to self when battle starts:

+120% to damage inflicted (cannot be cancelled).
Reduces damage received by 60% (cannot be cancelled).
+100% to Ki Recovery (cannot be cancelled).
Nullifies own Attribute Downgrades and Abnormal Conditions for 30 timer counts.
-5 to Strike and Blast Arts costs (cannot be cancelled).

Applies the following effects to self according to the number of timer counts elapsed with current character:

5 counts elapsed: Restores Ki by 45 and +30% to damage inflicted.
12 counts elapsed: Restores Ki by 50 and +50% to damage inflicted.

Counterattack of Defense

When this character performs a cover change, knocks enemy back to long range if cover change is performed against their Blast Arts attack (activates during assists).
*Cover changes performed against attacks other than Blast Arts attacks are also counted as activations.
*Nullified activations are not counted.

Consumes 10% of this character's Unique Gauge to activate Evade against enemy's attack listed below while slide moving or standing still.
