My friend and his friend are writing a fanfic about the Shepards (Bro and Fem) as twin siblings, and asked me to create a piece of artwork for it (I don't take requests from strangers, but I'll usually try to help out a friend

Lol. Instead of fighting reapers, he spends an inordinate amount of time on dyeing his hair especially the stubble.

Actually, he probably just had himself genetically modified to have brown hair, or stubble grows dark

Blue humans eh? If that's easy enough I wouldn't be surprised if they have something permanent for hair.

I think there's actually an extra texture in there that causes that shine. Pretty sure this model was done by Goha. Unfortunately her stuff isn't available anymore, and I haven't seen anyone else who's been able to get that effect with their extracted Shepards...

That's the sad thing, isn't it? So many of the good ones disappear, but some...eeem....basic p0rn ones still stay and post like 20 pieces a day

Yeah, but the nice thing about those who offer the models is, it's not like artwork where it's all totally individual and if someone pulls their stuff it's gone forever (unless you were smart enough to save a copy to your HD). With the models, they're all there in the game files, so when someone leaves the community and stops sharing their stuff, someone else usually comes along, re-extracts whatever's missing, and fills in the gaps. People like Goha who were the main suppliers of models when I first got started 18 or so months ago are mostly gone now, but I think anyone who began to use XPS today would still be able to find pretty much any model they need. It's actually better now than it was back then, cuz there's so much more available--both in terms of scenery items, and also minor characters...

I can't take credit for the red, tho. There's something in that Femshep model, some extra texture, that really makes it pop and shine. I don't think I've found any other Shepard models that have that...
