Description
Many people who join the Agency do so because they come across things that are unexplained and they want to learn to understand these strange phenomenons and protect others from them. Such was the case of Sgt. Frank Decker of the United States Marine Corps (center). At one point Decker was attached to the Marine Corps' Hazardous Environment Combat Unit. On a date and time (that has since been classified) Decker's unit was called in to investigate the seemingly complete disappearance of the population of a small town on the East Coast. It was on this mission that Decker experienced his first encounter with unexplained phenomena, seen here as Decker and his team engage some Deep Ones.

Decker led his team through the madness losing only one man and actually found the survivors of the town who were being rounded up for a mass sacrifice. As such, Decker was seen as a prime candidate for the Agency (the full "official" name being the United Nations Special Operations Agency).

Decker has since become one of the department's best agents, continuing to encounter and battle the unexplained and is being considered for a top position within the Agency's ranks. Unsurprisingly, like others before him, he prefers working in the field.
