Appearance: Being a descendant of a Xigante, Hahanaru has inherited a number of characteristics from them, the most predominant and obvious being her extreme height and size. Her hair actually hides a pair of flattened horn-like appendages on her head, though it does make the sides of her hair stick out slightly as a result. Her arms and legs look similar to that of Kangaskhan from the Pokemon franchise in terms of appearance. She is actually significantly shorter than a pure Xigante, many of which are as "short" as 11 feet tall.

Personality: Hahanaru is a very kind, upbeat, and cheerful woman, still brimming with energy despite her age. She constantly hums loudly, much to Kogeta's dismay. Damion, Keon, Mira, and Aisu later on, all consider Hahanaru like a mother to them, as she constantly dotes over them, and always packs them food whenever they go off on adventures. Despite her kindhearted nature, she can get serious. Even though she has a very long fuse, if she gets angry, it would be wise to take cover...

Hahanaru is a former Shaolin nun who was the second to join Infernon at the old monastery near the Dangerous Canyon. A very kindhearted soul, she always makes sure everyone is well fed and happy, especially the young ones, and hardly ever complains. She is often seen as the caretaker of the monastery.

She and Kogeta often argue over little things, which is the only time you hear her talk negatively to someone.

She possesses incredible strength and ki control, able to concentrate it into a very powerful energy blast. She demonstrates this in a sparring match against Damion, where this attack destroyed almost an entire mountain.
