happy new year!

here's my mini art resolutions:
- start out in making adopts + customs
- have better discipline in finishing my comms orz
- literally just have better time management in general

to sum it up, 2019 has been a decent year,. i was fresh out of probation for my studies and i worked really hard to maintain my dying CGPA. i was in my third year for my degree and things were getting SERIOUS. all the subjects kept me on my toes, not to mention i started doing my final year project at the same time, so there's barely time to draw
unfortunately, this year ended with me going back under probation again cuz i failed one second-year subject all because i freaked and blanked the fuck out during my finals,,, orzzzzz

2019 is also possibly the last year i ever get to spend time with my coursemates who stuck around throughout my degree. its like the only thing that makes me not regret taking this course tbh. theyre really great people!! and im grateful to have met them. we had a lot of fun travelling, singing, playing mahjong, and jamming together. i will forever remember all the dumb stupid lewd jokes we got to make together and i will cherish all the memories forever ;_; theyre probably the best bunch of people im gonna get out of my uni life ngl

art-wise, i learnt new techniques and managed to merge them into my current style. didnt get to draw much though due to my studies. i really wanted to start out in making adopts last year but i didnt really achieve that : /
welp, hopefully this year i actually get to make at least one!

on a side note, i got back into neopets in June and it became my new rl coping mechanism, so thats great too i guess
