Her breast look weird and judging by how much weight you put, it makes them look saggy and that thigh gap needs work. Also, the hand should have an extra line to give more emphasis that it's palm up. Oh and the feet being turned like that, gives the impression of tripping/ falling over. Not sure if that's what you were implying. And the luma needs work too, they are supposed to be plumb and cute, not deflated
