Still on Rider Time: Decade/Zi-O vibes and struck with an inspiration, here's yet another depiction of Decade's new form from the reins of his (in)famous Complete Form 21, accessed through the use of his Final Form Ride: Decade Gekijou-21 card. Just a simple helmet and torso change, carrying on the Violent Emotion form for the Neo-Decadriver system, and still going with the constraints Toei had for Decade this whole time lmao.

By breaking the seal of his Complete Form 21, Decade unleashes his true power as the Destroyer of Worlds by going back to the roots of being a Kamen Rider, which is a mastery of fighting techniques and the wisdom his Showa Rider predecessors possess. This form also boasts a much greater power of his legendary Final Form Ride ability.

Abilities:

- 20 Heisei Rider + Zero-One powers
- Energy muffler that appears during special moves and/or finishers (similr to Ichigata and Zero-Two)
- Special additional function: Showa Rider power. Increasing his combat capabilities akin to that of a Showa Rider, complete with various techniques combined with his dimensional veil manipulation and on-bike fighting techniques.
- Can create road tracks for his Machine Decader to move in a specific height since it's not flight-oriented.
- Increased strength for his Final Form Rides (Kuuga-Build), including his own (Decadriver), Kuuga Ultimate Gouram, and Zero-One. Unlike before, he used a clone Rider summon when using a particular FFR.
- Reality manipulation, at least enough to go toe-to-toe with Ohma Zi-O

I don't know about you guys, but I still wish for Decade to appear in at least, the next 50th Anniversary project (a movie mayhaps, idk). I refuse to call that Rider Time a send-off for Decade since it was ham-fistedly done with his new form's half-assed debut imo and a tease at the end of Zi-O VS Decade. And again, at the very least, I wish Decade would gain yet another form that is good looking.
