Another favorite Rider of mine! I was kinda curious about this Rider when he first came out in Showa VS Heisei. He was a movie-exclusive Rider during Gaim's run, and he was a main user of Legend Rider gimmick that, in terms of having Legend Rider forms, was the first and the only one to receive this treatment in the Heisei Era.

Still salty about the movie though since its toddler-level writing kinda put the Showa Riders in a bad taste for me. If there's anything I like about it, it's Decade's return (unironically), how the Riders throughout the story could interact with one another (not counting the nonsensical conflict), the heavy usage of Legend Rider gimmicks and forms, and especially, THIS GUY.

I wish Fifteen could return again since he unfortunately didn't appear during Zi-O's run. Perhaps during the upcoming 50th Anniversary.
