Description okay, i swear this will be the last rat rage related WIP i upload

after idk howmany hours of resketching the different characters, im finally happy with the look of all of them

since i have to be knocked out for the next 8 hours due to loss of sleep, im posting this early for some feed back while i still can resketch stuff (spent 3 days sketching and practicing for it, whats a few hours more sketching?)

I really like the colors on this, pal. Can't wait to see the finished piece.

I see that you're pretty set on Rai and trying to draw around that to make it look better when you should look at the composition overall. Not that there's anything major wrong with Rai, aside from his gun hand not really clutching the gun. You might also want to check the foreshortening on his right leg (page left). There's not much to his lower leg below the knee before you get to his foot.

Rai is the center of the composition, as for the gun that was a stylized choice (i like to play around with the hand poses, you can see that from nini and squeak)

as for the left leg it was ment to be going away from viewing point making it shorter, the fact that you couldnt tell means i need to fix it, thanks for the help

I could tell that the leg is going back into space, but the position of the foot suggests otherwise. If I had my tablet, I could show you...

Stylistic choice or not, I just feel like that gun could fall out of his hands.

Squeeks head seems too small and there seems to be some dead space on the left.

Dude you seriously worry too much over nothing.
Art should be fluid.

You do it out of habit, if you're going to stress over the SKETCH, then you'll never be satisfied. No one becomes godly overnight

the sketch is the most important part though, if the foundation sucks then everything else will look wrong even if it was done amazingly

I see the sketch as a base, it's what you do AFTERWARDS that matters aka the inking and coloring.

If you stress too much over the sketch, you'll never get a drawing done. I learned that the hard way.

its okay i normaly dont stress this much over a sketch xD its usualy the line art :I
but i was also using this as my "practice" since i cant stay focused on sketches that i know i wont show to anyone or ever make anything big out of, so in a nut shell this is not only a contest entry, but a practice session
