I'd work on the mountains in the background and blur the dust less, and also less uniform. It seems like the dust is moving fast in the wind, but if that was the case the dustclouds would be longer. Also, try making the file a PNJ [no loss in quality like for jpegs]and clean up the area around the font [unless that's just from the jpg] In the toppanel, Ageha's right arm could use a little bit more shading, it looks more flat than the rest of the image
Not necessary as its an awesome picture, really well done, just think you could improve those. I really like this
