trying out something new, haven been doing any personal works lately. i had an assignment on a knight characther and was inspired to do a knight of my own and as a practise for my actual work. got alot of information from darren who is very into medieval stuff haha and thank you anto for the custom brush! well, its not very cleaned up but i guess i will just stop here anyways c&c welcome!

i'm have to commend on the design of the crotch-guard; i actually think it's rather well done. That latch suggests that it can be removed for a quick piss, which is a really practical design consideration.

I don't mean to be overly critical (as a lot of people have been harping on this piece already), but having breast-bulges in women's armour is a bit suicidal. Any blow that lands on the inner curve of the chest would be deflected inward at the sternum, instead of away from the body. I'm also kind of on the band-wagon about the legs...
On the matter of female knights, I say: "Who cares if it's historical?" No one ever said this lady is from canonical earth history. Am I right?

You're probably sick of hearing about the plate armor lingerie but I think its actually pretty hilarious. She still manages to look tough. You render exceptionally well too.

Her legs are NOT naked! All you see are you upper thighs, but you do not see her lower thighs, knees, shins or feet.

You meant 'upper *thighs' and that's what I said. Her whole legs aren't naked, just the skin of her thighs that are exposed. Quite frankly, I find it a little odd that you guys are more concerned about her legs than her gut. I mean, haven't you noticed that her gut is also exposed? Maybe the skin isn't exposed, but she doesn't have any armor covering it, just basic clothing so you could easily pierce or cut her there. But, then again, she does have a shield so she could easily place her shield in front of her and then her thighs and guts are completely covered; I suspect she has a visor on her helmet, she she could close that too and then she would be completely covered. Seriously haven't anybody thought of that?
Why I do I always find these comments on female warriors wearing impractical armor, but not men wearing impractical armor? Just take this [link] for example, do you see anybody criticizing the flaw in his armory? Hell, one guy as far as saying that he looks 'invincible'. Yeah, except for the lightly armored legs that still exposes the feet, shins, knees and thighs; the side of his ribs are exposed, as well as his arms and he's holding his shield to the side. Yep, he certainly looks 'invincible' in that pose. Okay, sure that perhaps if he held his shield in front of him, he maybe able to block some of his exposed areas, but I don't he'd be able to block much; you could probably stab his toe, or get him from behind when you stab his thigh.
My point is, men have worn even worse protection than she is and yet even those men don't get in any trouble for it. Here's another and far better example [link] The only thing he as armored up is his legs; what about his head, his torso and his arms? He has is brain, throat, arteries in his arms, lungs, hurt, stomach, liver, kidneys and guts exposed. He has a lot more exposed and yet there's not a single comment pointing out the flaws of his impractical armor. So, then what's the point about complaining about impractical armor if people are only going to pick on the female warriors and act oblivious to the men who do the same thing? I say, that if you're going to make a rant about this and make a very good point, then do it right and don't set set such a double standard. I fucking hate double standards like these.
Anyway, I do hope that did not sound like an angry rant--although it probably did, which is understandable--I'm just expressing my hate for double standards. And to make it perfectly clear, I got nothing against dudes wearing impractical armor; I love it when both men and women wear impractical armor because it's got that look and appeal to it.-- I just don't like the double-standard.

Well nice, but I'm not a feminist but during medieval ages female knight is impossible try to imagine woman fighting in the tournament for some kind a prince

True Fact : There wasn`t no female knights because in the time of King Arthur men were very sexist but now there is females knights & female knights are known as Dame (ex= Dame Lisa)
