Description

Here’s another painting I made, it is a painting featuring my characters Raven Nightshade and her pet crow Shadow as depicted for a first volume of a manga and comic book series. This was drawn and then painted onto a cardboard canvas and I based it off of The Tick Reads a Raven Nightshade Comic Book , which The Tick is shown reading a Raven Nightshade comic book with a similar cover with some slight differences from this painting and the original artwork as Raven is blinking with one eye, also wearing sunglasses along with her usual glasses, Shadow the crow appearing on the right side instead of the left side, her t-shirt has the Raven In The Night logo graphic printed on the zig-zag title has her full alias name instead of just Raven (of course as I stated before that her actual name is Kira Yoshida) and her name in Japanese on the left is in a rectangular box. This wasn't the first time I made a painting of Raven Nightshade, in fact this is the original I made back in 2019, but I personally like this new painting of Raven better as she has a cooler appearance in this one, especially with the sunglasses.
