~1 second exposute time(Which is why the lights show up as they do)..This is a submition of "just because i felt like submitting something"
the skys colours seem abit wacked, and suffers from loss-of-colour-data.. the photo was taken upside down and it seems the cameras jpeg compression doesnt like the highest range of colours to be near the lower section of the photo..
