Pretty good,I definitely see some improvement in the color composition,altough the shading isn't that detailed,it still look attractive and eye catching...^^

The proportion is getting better,altough the legs is a bit too short,its nothing really visible..

I must also commend the character design,the costume design is pretty unique,not to mention the "flute"(is it?) is pretty unique to look at too..

The character is nice,but unfortunately the BG look a bit half-done to me.epecially the trees and the mountain looks a bit too rough(altough I know that you're making them blur-looking intentionally..)..and if you're going to make it blur..I think you should also make the sky blur too..so it will be more balanced..

I like this one more than the other one you showed me. It has an old school anime feel which I indeed like. I believe that there is a such thing as too much detail and with that Im talking about the hands and feet. With anime there really is no need to add in every wrinkly and every nail precise on the target. it gives the image the look as if it was drawn by a 5th grader.

Yes anime is more detailed and realistic then other toons out there but you must be careful as too which parts are supposed to get the most detailed. Like instead of worrying about how detailed the feet and hands were I would have put most of my effort towards the hair and the clothing.


So yeah I would step it up just a knotch and you'd be good. But keep this style, its really working for you

I like the way you didn't go overboard on the ears. Elf ears are the same size as human ones, just pointed.
