Cold, cruel, and very hateful towards most people/pokemon. He finds the dark building called 'The Asylum' the perfect home. He lives near the top floors of the building with his son Nation. His guards patrol the swamplands and attack intruders, taking them to be presented to Reaper to see if he finds them worthy of joining him. If they accept his offer then they are allowed to stay, travel into the swamplands whenever they want, as well as breed with any of the inhabitants. If they refuse or are found unworthy, Reaper will have his guards 'dispose' of the intruders in whatever way they see fit.

Omg the new design is terrifying! I fricken love it! I also like how now both him and Cracked crystal have a sharp spike near the end or their tails. I really love how you made him a bit more colorful though. He stands out more, like he's too proud to blend into the shadows. I imagine him attacking with his army and standing atop a hill, taking a moment to watch the glorious destruction as sunlight illuminates him, making him look both beautiful and horrifiying, like a god of destruction, with a few splashes of blood.

You have to admit I cooked up a really cool scene XD All that shit just came to me except I couldn't decide if it would be better for it to be sunny or for it to be storming and for him to be illuminated by lightening, but I decided sun would allow him to gaze on the destruction better XD I really sounds like a pleasant dream he'd have XDDDD
