I'm not a big fan of black -- especially when there aren't really any other colors. It's too grayscale for me, but I would totally download it if there were more colors. I'm not saying anything negative, so I hope you don't take it like that. I'm just saying I like them, but it's not my kind of icon. And it's looks really good for your first icon! Keep creating more! *grin*
