Okay I see Monsters would age slowy but his Mental age is 18 so Chara is 18 too?

Chara is a complex character. In ordinary state, Chara is very calm and reasonable, this is the trait of people about 25 years and more.
Chara also spend a lot of time in timeloops, it's really difficult to judge about the mental age in this case.

Right he looks like he's the same age as Asriel though but this was a very interesting story you made. I know that the entire fandom wishes something could be done for Asriel even me there's Dreemur tale your story Endertale which has Frisk split his soul into two and your story where it seems like Frisk had to go the Genocide route so Chara would be able to access hsi save point and change history very cool
