I think that Frisk doesn't know how this new timeline is happened, so how she/he could have erased Asriel's memories? ^^"

I was debating a similar concept with a friend some time ago, and we've reached kind of a similar, though a bit darker conclusion.
Basically, if Asriel remembered all the stuff he did as a flower, he'd probably end up as a mental wreck who'd be unable to function. Probably would also suffer night terrors, have PTSD and severe anxiety. I mean, he'd remember killing his parents over and over and over again...

Well...
Night terrors - check;
PTSD - check;
Severe anxiety - check;
Add it to a severe case of depression, panic attacks, mild hallucinations and yes, he has it all in this comic.
In addition he's misunderstood by other monsters. Tori and Asgore can't understand all those "resets" and "timeloops" things.
And yup, this could end up very bad for him (in fact, he was close to going insane at one point). But he met the person with similar problem.

Frisk probably really wants to reset now, just to take away the pain caused by Asriel remembering. Gotta wonder if, deep down, Asriel really hates Frisk for the memories he left Asriel with. Poor Frisk if that's the case...
Maybe that's why things are different this time though, because Frisk DIDN'T erase his memories. Had he done so, Asriel might have simply turned into Flowey again. Maybe letting Asriel keep his memories from the previous reset is what allowed him to retain his form this time.

Asriel doesn't hate Frisk, though he still subconsciously holds some grudge against Frisk. Still, the one he hates the most is himself. But even now, he still doesn't want to risk at another reset. He's too scared of ending up being Flowey again.

Still, poor Frisk if that's the case. The one you're desperately trying to save more than anybody holding a grudge against you because you did the one thing that might be what saved him in the first place: not taking away his memories.

Things are more complicated than this, and more will be revealed in later chapters. Frisk already feels guilty, but it's not like he would guarantee that Asriel's memories would be rewritten in a next reset. And as long as Asriel doesn't take risks, Frisk will respect his decision, even though it's clear this memories eventually can drive Az into madness.
