This is Rook (Dalmatian/American bulldog mixed breed). He's an older character of mine. He was originally a fullbred Dalmatian, but I made him a crossbreed when Dalmatians exploded in popularity back in the 90s. (Thanks, Disney 
Here his markings are based strongly on our bulldog Sofia. <3
Rook is a flirt, flirting with all the ladies, but of course the girl he wants is disinterested ... sort of.
That's Fly, a border collie. Rook is crazy about her and she throws him a bone occassionally

Does Fly reciprocate anything toward Rook, or is it just being silly/friendship?

Fly certainly views it as kinda a private joke between them and Rook does as well ... To a degree. I think he would jump at the opportunity to actually be her mate but that's not for her and he accepts it. So it's platonic teasing between buds
