Blonds generally look better in softer colors like blue, gold, brown, rust, lilac, green and smokey eyeshadows.
Most of the colors will suit a blue eye color nicely, especially brown & green. but you could also go for that 30'-40's pin up make-up. which is usually just black liquid liner across your top eyelid
