some photos are just in need of a slight nudge in photoshop to get into that magical fantasy land. it's not that the real world isn't pretty enough... ot's more i don't this the "straight" image ever quite conveya the magic that really is out there... it's not a part of the visible light spectrum and so no photography can cxapture it. The photomanipulation i can do these days i really think helps me make the pretty pictures o had in my head all those years ago in a darkroom with me hands in the developer trying to make the image go the way i wanted.
