The broadcast coverage of this war is useless. Admit it. The best thing we see from our EMBEDDED REPORTERS is a frikkin charred truck. Ted Kopple knows nothing but pessimism and the statistics are a joke. Really. Anway, I REALLY like the CG shading job I did on this. Man.Related content

I have no idea what the reporters caught 'cause all they seem to ask nowadays are stupish questions. Lately, whenever a LOCAL tragedy strikes a family the reporters all over the friends/remaining family members with the same kind of ridiculous question!!
"So, youf family/friend died... can you tell us how you feel?"
O_o WTF?!
If it was me, I would beat the reporter to bloody pulp and then asnwer:
"You in pain? Well, that's exactly how I feel!!"

that is so hilarious and true. they barely do news stories on the war and whenever they do, it is either one of their reporters getting shot at or little minor things that they don't provide information about.

WTF is that reporter expecting me to say?? of course i would be scared out of my pants for god's sake................... what sick mind in the world would put such idiotic questions??.......... if i would be that trooper i would hand him the rifle and the helmet and take his micro to ask him the same question.............. then i would beat the crap out of him with the micro

War is hell , but i believe that if you fight for a cause that you personally believe in and WANT to fight, then its quite different.
But as for governments using people as pawns to fight their wars where they sacrifice nothing except your lives , that is wrong.

hmm, i just don't see where you are coming from. i find the reporting to be rather useful, here we are getting live images of what's happening, and the government can't try to lie to us about whats going on (if they ever needed to in this war). While i agree that ted coppel isn't the best to watch, there are plenty of embedded reporters who do actually give us useful info, many times before centcom press conferences (usually after they are cleared though), try watching fox news, they got good reporters. anyways, i dislike this because i disagree with you, but i appreciate it for the semi-political cartoon it is. well done.

Ahh, this is so true. I particularly like the one where the journalist was interviewing the young troop on the top of the tank, and the troop was jumping around like a monkey, then nearly fell off when gunfire started near them.
