This is going to be the last batch I make with this base. After these I'm gonna redraw this base plus making a few new ones. I'll have info sheets on the species coming too.

Aridas are short fluffy creatures that can sort of resemble rabbits because of their long ears. An Ardia is very shy in natural and have never been known to be aggressive. They live in large colonies and are very social amongst their own kind. Older Ardia are able to shape shift into an anthro form and with more skill and practice they can disguise themselves as a human. Though they will struggle alot to conceal their tails when first learning to look human. When they are in humanoid form, they're referred to as Ardians.

An Arida on its own can get very very lonely. Continued periods of loneliness can lead to illness. The best way to tell an Ardia health and age, is their tale. A large fluffy tail means its healthy, and the longer the tail means the older the age. If an Ardia loses its tail, it will die within days of its loss.

Ardias show affection by petting and stroking each others' ears. If they are ever upset with another Ardia, they might pull on it's ears. Mated partners will show intimate affection by wrapping their tales around each other. Because Ardias are so social, its not uncommon for an Ardia to take multiple mates. And because Ardias mate for life, happy families of with 3 or 4 parents are often seen.
