this is my Second entry for
i got really lazy on the wings and background
i probably should have tried harder but i always get so eager to finish!
geez. i spent WAY less time on this one and i think it came out wayy better
but it was WAYY fun to draw.
i love Tagls Character, Ceci. so many details and pretty colors!
this was all done on MS paint, except for that purple orb thing in the back, which i did on paint.net
