gift-art for HITOMARUNIIGOhere's an Illustration I did of his O.C. "Neptora" a mysterious girl with the ability to grow her hands into savage looking claws. I absolutely fell in LOVE with her design and I had to do a pic of her!
I started this one a while back when I first picked up PS CC 2018, the brushes packed in with it are so much better then what I had in PS CS3.
I experimented with the background somewhat and I'm sorta happy with it
