Alright! Well this didn't take too long to do. I felt like drawing sailormoons HEAD.. but not the rest of her.. I may possibly draw a body for this one.. later..anyway! Done in Adobe photoshop using a mouse.. as per usual

I used to draw with a mouse but it NEVER came out this well, thankfully I got a tablet @.@
Anyway I totally love the colors :3
One thing though, in some spots it looks like the aliasing got the color a bit, you should use multiplied layers for color (Then you will have no white parts and no drawing over the black). ^_^
