I don't know what I'm doing wrong when drawing with colored pencils but I cannot seem to figure out how to blend shit. I also feel like I'm getting worse at this. And I still randomly draw crappy backgrounds as fast as possible just so I can say my picture is finished.
Oh god why. I should probably just draw black white drawings, at least I know how to work with graphite properly gfhdfgdsdgdg. Or I should try digital art. Maybe I can do that.

Ich finde die Zeichnung auch sehr gelungen, sehr schöne Farben und sehr emotional! Ich finde, dass du ziemlich gut die Buntstiftfarben blenden kannst, auf jeden Fall besser als ich^^
Hast du schonmal probiert, über fertig schattierte Stellen, wie den Arm, mit grauen oder durchsichtigen Bunstift nochmal drüber zu gehen? Das wirkt manchmal Wunder!

Ich geh über die meisten Stellen nochmal mit dem weißen Buntstift drüber, das bringt aber leider nicht so viel wie ich mir wünschen würde.

Auch schon mal mit Grau versucht? Mit Weiß verlassen die meisten Farben zu stark^^

Weiß passt nicht zu jeder Farbe, vor allem die dunkleren Farben verblassen durch Weiß recht schnell und "vermischen" sich auch nicht so gut. Das ist zumindest die Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe. Ich bin allerdings auch kein Ass darin, besonders glatte Farbverläufe mit Buntstiften zu kreieren, aber das liegt vor allem auch daran, dass ich immer viel zu viele Farben verwende.

The harmony of the tones and colors looks very pleasing. I especially
like how the colors of her skin mix so well with the background's tones.
The shades of purple and black give the piece such an elegant look, very lovely.

Are you kidding!??! This is amazing! I love the dark colors AND the blending! But I do agree that blending with color pencil to white is very difficult sometimes. But stop being so hard on yourself! This is an amazing piece!!!!
