That's not the luftwaffe eagle, just an eagle. Both the regular luftwaffe eagle and the fallschirmjager version of it are different. Having said that I am not an expert in verifying authenticity.

It is interesting, I have never seen anything like it before... The only other time I have seen a combination of the Luftwaffe Eagle & the SS runes is some odd mixtures of uniforms for the SS-FallschirmjΓ€ger. Β I would dig deeper that way if I was you.
Where did you acquire it?

"my honor is truth" or "the name of my honor is truth"
its THE SS slogan.

"Meine Ehre heisst Treue" means as much as "My ohnor means loyalty" or "My ohnor is named loyalty"

you think it's fake?
i had an old german guy look at it and he doubts it's real.
(was kinda weird to hear him say the words in german)

It looks like there's a piece missing on the left side? Makes it kind of doubtfull it's real in some way...
However, it's the original slogan of the SS[ShutzStaffel](means as much as Protection Unit), so said Hitlers personal Army if I remember right...
The SS sign in the claw of the eagle fits too.
But if it's real I don't know, you could go and look for coin or antique shops which probably would find out if its real and worth something or not. They usually do that for free, if possible, try to ask in several shops.
