I think it was just a silly thingy that Jamie decided to add to 2-D's design, they never kept continuity with the tattoos anyway XD
I mean Murdoc used to have a squid thingy on his left underarm, but that one has just disapeared.
I DO know that Noodle has the KFC tattoo as well on her left underarm, perhaps it's a matching friendship tattoo?
