DC did publish the Atari Force back in the day, starring Lucas Orion and Singh who both looked like Cyborg. (Lucas even coming from Detroit.)
George Perez did art on the DC Swordquest series, which came with the Swordquest games for Atari. They were meant to be part of a contest. Many characters in the comic look like Robin and Starfire or Raven. No Cyborg, sadly.

This is so great. Β You know what's funny? Β There were so many ridiculous Batman crossovers in the 90s that I couldn't 100% rule out that this wasn't real when I first saw it.

This is quite a comic book cover. Now if only this was real, it would've been beyond unbelievable as to think of the scenario. Then again, Batman's taken on a similarly-sized, yet deadlier gargantuan like Killer Croc, so I'm sure it wouldn't take Bats long to get it on like Donkey Kong (no innuendos intended).
Also, it takes no second-thought whatsoever to disbelieve Mr. Hot Dog/Mr. Egg/Mr. Pickle are worthy opponents to Superman; Superman wouldn't even bother with the Pepper Spray and probably had those giant hamburgers ready even before THEY could have started.
