it's a well known old-school anime/manga, a classic("The Rose of Versailles").it's about the french revolution and oscar is a lady who lives as a male and is also a commander of the Royal Guard.^^ here's info: [link]

LOL he's terribly irresponsible. He couldn't survive without Perth. XD He would be buried under mountains of books, dishes, papers and everything else. Not only is he disorganized and a packrat, he's a scatterbrain too.

Blue uniforms are for those who fight primary with elemental focus (MAGIC POWAAHSS) Green is for those who focus on non-magical combat (swords, guns, ect). The three on the left with the different shirt styles are mech pilots.
