Description My self portrait for my new website. I tossed it to my friend Edwin, who's doing the layout, but I thought I would post it here as well.

I might make myself a devid with it at some point, but for now I'm too busy making images to bother.

Copic and Prismacolor markers in muh sketchbook.

Really cool! Copic AND Prismacolour = nice deal! Is that a dark mark tattoo I see? You don't REALLY have one do you?

It's really well done. I just got a set of copic. The are pretty hard but they blend nicely which is really cool. I like seeing that other people mix them with other markers too. Very cool!

Yes. Yes I do: [link] (i have since had it retouched and it looks differently- the tattoo artist also elongated the tail)

Thanks! I love copics because they blend just like watercolors. I normally do a solid base coat and then go in and layer the shading. It works pretty well for me, though apparently most people color differently. o.o

Copics are expensive, I only have the 72A set, which I have 130 prismas. I can't get all the colors and shades I need with the limited set of copics I have, so I mix in the prismas.

Well they mix really well together in your hands!! And you know I don't think I have ever seen two people use copics the same way. I guess it's like any tool, so long as it gets the job done it doesn't matter how you use it. And yet again I drool over skills I feel I have yet to achieve.

I can't believe you got a dark mark tattoo! That's cool! I doodle one on my arm often (I think I am getting kind of better at drawing skulls upside down, but they still look like crap to me.), though I don't know if I would have the guts to get it done permanently. That's amazing! I love it!

Thanks! I got it done about three years ago. I love it, my mom hates it, haha.
