Description

So this idea I've had for quite a while, I've always wanted to see how Carol's Electricity powers would work, because she has a hard time controlling them or being able to actually use them. So this drawing basically represents when she gains control of her electricity powers and is able to use them whenever she pleases. Mind you she is meant to be a little older when this happens so that's why she may look a little older in this picture than she usually does in my artworks of her ^^
