"Is this place familiar to you?"

The words echoed in monster's head as they gazed into the dusty abandoned church. Atlas' feet shifted on the back of their head as the monstera leaves on their back rustled.

"No.... Nothing seems familiar" Monster said all too late, X was well and gone

Sprouts grew where to sunlight made small pools of life and warmth blossomed in monster. No, it wasn't familiar at all. Was it supposed to be? But something was there for Monster. The development and crumble of things fascinated the esk. What Atlas thought of this, Monster knew not. They were not a communicator beyond feeling. Their gaze looked up but only a little white snoot they could see, before looking back inside the dusty building. The stained glass mostly remained and movement was seen but Monster had no concern with others. They took a few steps inside the door frame, cloth, rubble and wood touched their sensitive feet. Little swirls of dust followed each press and lift. The weird want to.... cough? came but they knew that was simply from a different life. Had this been from that? Monster didn't know and really felt no need to find out. If it came it came though X's words filled their head now.

"There are treasures remaining here still, if it interests you"

Hmmm, maybe it did. Again she took a few steps and glanced up to Atlas. No thought came from her but the question of interest could be felt and they hoped Atlas could understand that. Using their small toes they stood upon, Monster reached out and carressed one of the small spindly weeds that were managing to survive in such a dark collapsing place. The tinkle of glass was heard as whatever had been outside the window decided to leave. Monster looked out, the multi-colored glass shining beautiful colors upon them and Atlas.
