this was done for the ichihime tanabata festival contest ! this was a lot of fun to shade, but i think i abused the smudge tool. xP i worked hard on this, it turned out like i wanted it to!
UPDATE: so happy to say i got 5th place in the contest! i'm really proud since i'm still new to digital drawing and it was my first time in an art contest <3 thanks all who voted for me ^o^
