I just finished another photoshoot this weekend (ah I wish I do these more often but as many of you know, making shoots happen and etc just doesnt happen over night ;A;

quite a lot of planning goes into doing a shoot, from costumes to set locations and whatnot. So I'm always excited when one is coming up lol (despite how simple it is) its the feels <3
this weekend I went up to LA again to shoot Hotarubi no mori e!
its from the same one who did Natsume Yuujinchou, its a story of a girl named Hotaru Takegawa, who gets lost in a forest inhabited by a yamagami, or mountain spirit, as well as yōkai (strange apparitions from Japanese folklore). She is found by a human-looking entity named Gin, who wears a mask and informs Hotaru that if he is touched by a human, then he will disappear forever. Gin then leads Hotaru out of the forest.[1][2] Despite the limitations on their interactions, Hotaru and Gin become friends, and she spends the next few days with him in the mountain forest. When her summer vacation ends, she informs Gin that she is only visiting her grandfather's country residence and that she will return the following summer. As the years go by, Gin hardly ages while Hotaru grows closer to his age. Meanwhile, Hotaru struggles with their budding romance and their uncertain future together, while Gin wishes he could touch and hold the young woman that Hotaru has become. When Hotaru reaches high school, Gin takes her on a date to a festival in the forest hosted by the spirits. The story ends in tragedy when Gin mistakenly touches a young boy who sneaked into the spirit festival, though before he disappears, he and Hotaru embrace and confess their love for one another....
