The sun had already set, and the full moon had risen high in the sky. The air was chilly, and the wind blew through the graveyard, rustling the leaves of the trees. The female vampire, Alice, sat on the edge of a gravestone, gazing into the distance, lost in thought.

It had been many years since she was turned into a vampire. She still remembered the night when she met him, the man who would change her life forever. He was a charming and handsome stranger who came to her village, and they had fallen in love. They spent many nights together, and she thought they would be together forever.

One night, they were out walking in the forest, and he had bitten her, turning her into a vampire. She had been terrified and confused, but he had promised her that they would be together forever. However, after he turned her, he disappeared, leaving her alone and scared.

Alice had spent the last few centuries wandering the earth, searching for her lost love. But she never found him, and she eventually came to accept that she was doomed to eternal solitude.

But one night, as she sat in the graveyard, a figure appeared before her. It was him, the man who had turned her into a vampire. She couldn't believe it. He had finally returned.

"Why did you leave me?" Alice demanded, her voice trembling with emotion.

"I had to," he replied. "I couldn't bear to see you suffer like I have. Immortality is a curse, Alice. And I didn't want that for you."

"But I love you," Alice said, tears welling up in her eyes. "I have always loved you."

"And I love you too," he said, taking her hand. "That's why I'm here. I want to spend the rest of eternity with you."

Alice felt her heart skip a beat. She had been alone for so long, and the thought of being with him again filled her with joy.

Together, they left the graveyard and disappeared into the night, ready to start their eternal love story.
