Oh Lugia. . . My faaaaaaave~

Ugh I did the shading wrong (and I didn't bother with highlights). It looks funky ;~; Lugia looks soft, when it should look kinda sleek and wet. >: But I give. I giiiiiive~

Too many effects. xD; That water was a pain. And I mean aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the water ffffffffff. But I gave up xD;

Ink pen + water brush = love~ It gives me a painterly look that I was trying to get~

Now I gotta redo that Eve drawing since I know a good method to color now in SAI XD;

Lugia and background (and the fail wave) was done in SAI, all the effects (namely the water) were done in Photoshop CS3. Sorry teh rain doesn't look like rain, perspective killed meh. ;3;

. . . You can't even SEE the clouds so I failed. ._. I wanted to finish this thing today so. . . Yeah. D;
