A project I'm working on in conjunction with fellow modder Nexus_Elite. He's currently porting Fallout 3 content to the source engine, and I suggested he headhack Breen's head onto Colonel Autumn's body. He asked if I could provide him with a reskin, to which I happily obliged.This reskin wasn't rocket science, and only took me about 2 1/2 hours to do. This is due mainly to the the fact that Bethesda's texture work is pretty impressive and the skin itself was high-def to begin with. I basically gave it a recolor, added a leather texture to the overcoat, some new buttons and improved the normal maps.
Props to Bethesda and Valve for making great games, and to Nexus who did my request.

There needs to be a mod that replaces the Combine with the Enclave, and gives Breen this model.

I could so see Breen taking Autumn's place. First time through, I let him go. Then I re-loaded the save file and killed him, just to see what happened both times.

Some are WIP, others are finished with download links. And others like this Breen hack are unreleased Beta tests.

Welcome to the wonderful world that is the Garry's mod community, where modders more often than not could give a toss about legal ramifications.
This small hack is merely the tip of the iceberg. countless content from other games have been converted for use as well. And I doubt the righteous hammer of Bethesda softworks is going to come down on little old me for a small private modding project between friends.

Afraid not. Right now it's a "beta test" between myself and Nexus_Elite while he hammers out model related bugs with the ragdoll. I've suggested that he do a Breen replacement, but I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

Right now a fellow modder, Nexus_Elite is doing the model related aspects. Fixing bugs and whatnot. It should be available for download in the near future though. I believe the reason why it's taking long is due to him wanting to release a considerably sized model pack.

No, Nexus and I will be releasing these models for the Garry's mod community. I could probably get Nexus to convert the Enclave coat skin for the PC version of F3, since I'm unfamiliar with the file format.
