Shin Akuma is Akuma using the satsui no hado to its fullest potential. Oni is Akuma should he become a full demon. Don't believe me? go look on the street fighter wiki. Oh, and in the case of cvs chaos, the shin denotes "divine" or "god" instead of the usual "true"
