Tmnt fanart! Although it isn't the turtles, it's still that kickass trainer Master Splinter! I didn't have time to add effects since this was basically drawn for my school project. A magazine project that I chose my topic to be about the Turtles.Drawn with Adobe Photoshop 7.0
