I love the picture, love the background, love the leather pants on Light. My only criticism would be the position you have Light in, it looks just a bit odd. But even that isn't bad, I love it!!

it looks really great! the only advice I have to offer is to make them skinnier next time. less muscular, ya know?
just around the abs area, the pecs and up look great, the hips and down look great!

Done with the fangirling, now to some real critic:
The waist of both seems to be placed too high. L's shoulders is a bit weirdlooking. There's something wrong with Raito's upper chest. L isn't really skinny enough.
Take some time to look at some anatomy pictures. Maybe try copy them down. It can be really useful.
Faces are really beautiful. Coloring is awesome.
This peice is so wonderful that you really doesn't notice the flaws at first...

You're great at drawing faces, they look lovely! As for working on your anatomy, they look fine to me from the crotch down, but their waists need to be more defined, try drawing in the ribcage first as a guideline. Really the best thing to do is study pictures of the male torso, learn the bone and muscle structures and then you can slim them down to your own preferences. Hope I helped a little! :]

The poses are also great, i usually have troubles to figure out what kind of pose i would use. XD
If i haveto say some critism, I think the bodies are a little bit too big, but thats easily fixed. Tell me if i'm wrong. XD
