Description The August 2005 launch of Discovery.
Most of the remaining shots were taking with timed cameras. We wanted to get multiple angles of the launch but couldn't be everywhere at once Many of these shots were in areas where we were not allowed to be during the launch due to safety issues.

This is the benefit of working for United Space Alliance I get to see things up close.

This is quite a unique angle... Awesome work.

I live across the state, but can always see the launch from my house, and tonight's night launch surprised my with how much it illuminated the whole sky for being so far away.

That's the reason the shuttle was grounded for a while after this launch *snicker*
