Description From a shoot today with my great niece. I still have to learn how to eliminate shadows, as I can't get the shadow of her eye lashes off her nose!!

I wouldn't worry,I think the shadow adds depth to the eyes and makes for a stronger image.
Good idea to turn this to B&W that I'm sure Lily is more than happy with, she not only looks beautiful, but it's a very mature pose that shows an inner strenth too!

I love it as it is - they could be cloned out but I dont know it that is acceptable in straight photography x

I think a lot of straight photography ends up in photoshop before it's published There's no more 'real' photos out there.

I managed to get some really good ones Clive all things considered. I'm going to try and do some flower shots tonight to test the camera as it did seem to get better as the day went on.

Thanks Karen I should have lied and said I did it on purpose I've taken some really great shots with her. 10 mins before they came I dropped my camera so a lot of them were blurred. I might cheat and put soft focus on them.
