Wow, this is great. It has this cartoony look, b also very realistic at the same time.
His nose is a bit crooked/lopsided looking, but other than that, everything is really cool. Especially the hair, it's amazing.

First of all I want to say that u did a really good job, I think the shading is really pretty and the eyes and mounth, *melting*...
You say u want some criticism...
well i'm not sure, but i think the proportion isnt quiet right...I mean by that the way the eyes and mounth stand in the face... dont take it the wrong way, cause what i found it quiet amazing is, that even if u saw the mounth/nose/eyes apart from the wholedrawing, u can see that it is Jared! Anyway, it jared so i love it instantly
and its a pity that u hadnt had good paper, cause thas so anoying, when u draw something and the paper sucks!
