I moved closer to the sea just before Christmas. I still don't see that many foggy days but a few more than I used to. Autofocus does not like fog!

I have one lens that sounds like it's going to be ripped apart by the auto focus on my F5. About 3 years ago, after a hurricane came through, the weathermen said fog for the morning. Since we rarely get any, there is a street I wanted to shoot.Got up, grabbed the camera, and headed out. I thought my lens was going to be rubble after the camera freaked out because of the fog.

Yep, that sounds about right! Lens says "gggggggrrrrrrrr... gnaaaaaaaaaaagggreeeeeeggg"
